“Pilates Reformer with Erin is a nice balance of stretching and strengthening class.  Erin is a fantastic teacher, giving detailed instruction as she guides you into the exercises.  I have always done regular cardio exercises along with yoga-type exercises, but there is nothing like the Reformer class.  The classes always center on core strengthening, but each class will have a different focus on particular areas of the body.  It truly is the most thorough, balanced exercise class that I have done.  After doing just a few classes, I feel stronger, my sciatic pain is gone, and I have more endurance and strength for all my other daily activities. Thoroughly enjoyed the Restorative Yoga/Yoga Nidra on Tuesday! You created a lovely space for it.

I got home and felt super centered and focused. I pulled out a deck of cards to play Solitaire (something I only do at the kitchen table at the farm) and won my 2nd game out of the book! I think there is a lot to be said for being less scattered and multi-tasking!
